Beloved Light Emissaries,
When we leave our human vision of what seems to be happening, commune with your Unified Self and begin to descend authentic information, we will begin to see part of the whole plan of Creation, one that against what many believe, it is never meant to punish us, but to help us grow. One plan that we all, as a collective agreed, before coming into this plane, and even though some may not remember and prefer to put responsibility in others or outer forces, we all knew what this plane were like, when we chose to come as bringers of a new consciousness.
As it usually happens, every time that whether from a personal or planetary perspective, we experience a crisis, enlightened follows, especially if we know how to direct what we have experienced, wisely. As my Guides reminded me at this time, for I am human too and may be overwhelmed by the present circumstances, humanity in this period is awakening, for it is being transformed from three dimensional species into enlightened ones.
In order for that to occur, first the mental transformation required must to take place, and for that to happen, we need something that triggers this transformation, which is what is taking place at this time for many, even though many choose to see the limited picture and stay in the drama that is being created. Our mission as ascending souls, from my humble view, shall not be in judging, for then we are not walking the talk, but to remain in love with All, and to embrace, from a higher and deeper perspective what is taking place, so we can know what to do with it, and how to use our energy, to be of service, not to enter into useless confrontations with others.
May, as its universal 9 number reminds us, is indeed a month of profound transformation, one in which many will experience the challenges that come when we are ready to embrace higher levels of consciousness. However, it is necessary to break with old mental patterns, even though most of the times in a hard way, to be able to step into a new paradigm.
This is a very powerful time for us to work on clearing our own self-created negative programs as well as those we inherited or we have been programmed to believe, for even though many of us are already awake, there is no end to the conscious embodiment of Divine Light.
This is indeed a time in which shadows may cloud our sight. However, there is always a space within, one that we all can reach and commune with, where we will also learn how to see the grace and love, even in the most challenging times. A space of infinite wisdom and compassion that will help us understand, from a higher perspective, what is truly taking place and where we are heading, and this is always a more conscious space, for there is no such a thing in Creation as devolution.

Light body vehicle activation exercise
When I was communing with my Guides, receiving the guidance for this new energetic month, the first thing that came to me in a vision was a bright white star tetrahedron, which came from Above, entered through my crown chakra, and spun so fast that when I realized, it was anchored already. This let me totally exhausted and I understood after a few minutes that my light body had experienced another shift.
As you know, our light vehicle, often called Merkabah one, is the unity of our female and masculine aspects. The triangle that points upward is the masculine and the one pointing downward is the female. This is the vehicle in which we travel between many different dimensions, one that spins in different frequency bands, depending on how healthy we are, which begins by all we put into ourselves, from thoughts to food etc.
My Guides explained that this is one of the things that are happening for many at this time, whether they are beginning on this journey or move evolved, for as you know, evolution is endless, and as we continue to embody more Light, the more that our light body vehicle will suffer, so to say, from these constant activations, as the result of the current shift, in frequency, that we are experiencing.
For the ones who have already passed through this activation, they can continue doing it more consciously as they keep expanding throuhg the new reality that they have chosen to manifest next. For the ones who desire to pass through this process, they can make use of this technique, if guided, and trigger this same activation. As Guides shared, one is always responsible for consciously activating this process, and we should not simply just wait something coming from the outside that causes this activation.
As you know, our non-physical body is associated to the geometry form of a star tetrahedron, which is at the same time associated to the number 9, one that is also the frequency of this new month of May. A number that precisely represent the transformation that we are already feeling, from within to without. As always, everything leads us to the same Truth, for as usual, the Truth is only One, no matter which path we choose to take, it will always end in showing you what truly IS.
At this specific time that we are shifting timeliness, it is pivotal that in order to be successful in our intend to manifest a higher or more illumined reality, we first heal the trauma that resides in our non-physical bodies and that most of the times we carry unconsciously. This is one of the first steps to do if we desire to fully activate our light body, as we continue evolving within this endless spiral of Creation.
If you truly believe that you are ready and are guided to do this exercise, as I always say ascension is a an organic process and should be based on simplicity and humility. There is no need of extravagant tools and outer things, just a pure intention. So, if you consider from your own guidance that you are ready, you can then begin to activate it, using your own words and/or many other ways that you receive in the moment.
For those who are still not knowing how to work with themselves, for we all have experience this phase too, I leave you this simple but not for this less effective exercise, for you to trigger the activation of your light body or upgrade it.
First of all, and as always, we call upon our Unified Selves and Guides to help us protect our sacred field and to help us in this activation process. Use your own words, feel confident, you are your own master sovereign healer and need of no other words but the ones that come from your heart to activate yourself.
After these loving and grateful words towards our guides, we are now going to focus our intention into our breath, breathing in and out slowly, being totally conscious of the Life Force that enters through us, that provides us, with great love, the life we are experiencing, and that nurtures our physical bodies.
When we connect to our breath, then we are going to focus on our heart center, focusing on the love that resides there and that is our choice to embrace, at all times. We now move our consciousness from our heart to the universal One, connecting to All That Is, for all is One with us.
When we begin to remember that we are this same Consciousness, then we are going to visualize our Merkabah vehicle, which is, as you well know, is a synthesized one, as a bright white one who descend from Above through our upper chakras (remember that our chakra system goes beyond the main eight ones) and we are going to descend this star into our body, anchoring it in our feet, and making it bigger enough to surround us.
We are going to begin spinning it as fast as we can, as we feel comfortable, remember that this is not just an imaginary thing, but something that as you create, in your mind, so to speak, it happens simultaneously, in an energetic level, this is why it is so important to feel our light body.
We will begin to surround our sacred vehicle with an outer circle as we decree to be protected, updated and in perfect alignment with who we truly are, and our main purpose within Creation. After that, we ask our Unified Self to descend to us the upgrades that we can integrate, at this time, continue visualizing our Merkabah body spinning until we no longer see a star tetrahedron, but a ball of pure white light, for it spins at the speed of the light.
Now, we are protected, healthy, and have embodied a new frequency, which is why we may feel the result of this new embodiment in the form of certain symptoms, until we regain balance and adjust ourselves again to this new vibration.
We thank our Light Team and come back step by step to our body by focusing on our heart center and then into our breathe, for it is how we regain consicousness of being in our physical body again.
As always, change anything you feel guided, this is just my personal way, it does not have to be yours and above all, remember that it is the intention and visualization, as it is what creates, what we shall focused upon more than in crystals. I sometimes hold a star merkabah crystal while I activate my light body. However, it is a representation and a reminder for my human self of what is happening in a deeper level, that is all.

This Moon is going to be a very powerful and spiritual one for Mercury sextile Jupiter and trine Neptune, which enhances our feelings of love and kindness, and will help us expand in our healing abilities, so we can also regain compassion and love, at a time when this is precisely what we all need to seed.
On May 11, we have Saturn retrograde, which as you know it is a created collective belief that I choose not to feed, for in truth there is nothing ever retrograde within Creation, and if we say we are into this ascension journey, but then we continue following old concepts, and acting upon the fear they cause, we will not be actually shifting our consciousness.
However, as it is part of my mission to share from all angles not just from my personal one, I leave the dates in which certain Planets retrograde for you to interpret it in your unique way. To me whether considering them retrograde or not, their essence is the same and their purpose is what truly matters.
In this month of May, and again, and if we follow the collective beliefs, there are four retrograde Planets - Saturn, Venus retrograde on May 13, Jupiter on May 14, and Pallas on May 17. To me, Saturn has an associated meaning with karma that again is human, and no Planet or Gods come to punish or reward us. It is all what we choose to create and do with what we have, what creates.

This is a very loving frequency that helps us to communicate, at a time when we have been forbbiden to do so in many ways, and even more in a personal level, due to the recent events. On May 20, we have the Sun entering into joyful Gemini. We pass now from the earthly sign Taurus to move into the speed of the element Air. It is now time to focus our attention into our mental Plane until we reach the perfect balance and wisdom that we need in all planes. If we learnt how to manifest in our earthly world with Taurus, enjoying the simple pleasures of our lives, our mere existence and the joy to be here at a unique time - experiencing a human realm, creating infinite abundance etc, now, the Twins, will make us cultivate reason and everything related with our intellectual side.
Divine Love is always there for us to embrace it, we do not even have to go far away, for it resides within. There is nothing and no one that can impede us to come back to our natural state of being, which is always one of love and compassion.
Remember Beloveds, we are limitless creators. There is no one that can prevent us to grow, and grow always begin from the inside. You are not confine within a three dimensional reality, for this is the illusion you agreed to foment, once in this plane. You can reconnect with your infinite Self and remember who you truly are, and that is never a limited being govern by outer forces or beings. You can live in a more Illumined Frequency, do not wait for better times, choose to dwell in it. It is all about you and no one else.

Remember Beloveds, we are limitless creators. There is no one that can prevent us to grow, and grow always begin from the inside. You are not confine within a three dimensional reality, for this is the illusion you agreed to foment, once in this plane. You can reconnect with your infinite Self and remember who you truly are, and that is never a limited being govern by outer forces or beings. You can live in a more Illumined Frequency, do not wait for better times, choose to dwell in it. It is all about you and no one else.
