Beloved Ones,

Water therapies, grounding techniques, sound tools, and anything you are guided to utilize to cleanse your bodies will be key to helping your light body remain balanced. For those working with the Arcturian at this time, their electric liquid Blue Light can help you as well to heal ethereal damage caused in the field. The Arcturian healing Blue Light is available for All of us whether we have a soul agreement with them or not, and it is one of the most potent healing tools to help our non-physical bodies recover. 

This is a phase for us to focus on directing the energies in our bodies, giving them the purpose we wish to achieve during this time. Cleansing methods will allow our bodies to release all we are letting go, as we continue embodying, remembering, and reconnecting ourselves with our Divine Selves.

Many of us have been immersed in planetary anchoring, stabilization, and timelines reconnection, dismantling false fifth-dimensional ascension timelines and anchoring the authentic illumined ones in our planetary fabrics and grids. Many of you have also been working on the restoration of the 12th dimensional planetary luminaries zodiac lines/grids, repatterning the authentic planetary template and its original Divine Order. Lines that, as you know, are connected to our 12th dimensional template, for we are All connected as a single organism. 

Everything is being healed, reorganized, and retrieved, even our human sense of time, as even that is controlled at will. It begins in the fabrics of time and space, which have been manipulated and distorted. All we often live as natural is not; this is why it is pivotal to spend times of disconnection with the world, in communion with our soul's cycles, so we can know what is authentic from what is not. 

These potent energies of everything we are anchoring, stabilizing, and shifting have a profound impact on our emotional body and physical one. Many of us have been feeling emotional as we let go of another old aspect of ourselves, another habit, relationship, or anything that keeps us attached to the past and an old version of ourselves.

We need to be understanding and compassionate towards ourselves, for we are our own main carers. The energies do not do the inner work for us; we need to decree and command the shift we wish to see in our bodies, and this is a time of profound realignment and embodiment for us where retrieval is essential to remain focused on our soul's creations and current transformation. 

Remaining in our personal Truth and Hearts, feeling and BEing Love for all, is essential during this time. We cannot interfere in others' choices or in things we cannot change, but we can be the love that sustains the Light Pillars of Creation to continue expanding healing, Love, and Light to those who need it.

This will be a time for many of you of drastic changes in your personal lives as well, where embracing pain, as our best teacher, is essential to become integrated beings, synthesizing our shadows and light aspects to emerge as sovereings.

The path to achieve spiritual sovereignty is not an easy one. You have the God Power and Wisdom given to you within yourself to overcome anything you are creating or experiencing for your growth, and above all, you too count with the companionship of an entire Illumined Guides Team, remember that when you feel hopeless traversing the shadows.
